Gay Playwriting Workshop

Join the next wave of playwrights for the queer community! Playwrights Garret Jon Groenveld and Tom W. Kelly will lead an exciting 8 week intermediate to advanced workshop Tuesdays 7pm-10pm, Jan. 17 to March 7, 2006 at the New Conservatory Theatre. Fee $250. The class is a safe space for queer writers to delve into their scenes, one-acts and/or full-length plays and bring to life the characters and stories of our community. Groenveld’s full-length play Missives received its world premiere at Theatre Rhino in Fall 2005, and Kelly’s full-length play Significant Others world premiered at the New Conservatory in Fall 2004.
