Just in time for the Folsom Street leather SM weekend, Autumn Equinox, and Rosh Hashanah, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, Inc. are planning an evening of scandalous activity Friday, Sept. 22. Officially entitled “Scandalous Behaviours: a Night of Indulgence,” the event is a benefit for St. James Infirmary and all of the so-called scandalous sex workers in the city and county of San Francisco. It will be held at the Ntouch bar (1548 Polk Street) from 8:30pm - closing. The focus of the evening will be to celebrate and honor those “scandalous behaviors” that break through the social norm every year around the time of Folsom Street Fair.

In addition to providing music and entertainmen)t, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence will be performing a ritual to the Norse goddess LOFN (who the nuns say is so gentle and good to invoke, that she has permission from All-father and Frigg to bring together men and women for whom marriage was forbidden or banned). From her name comes the word “permission,” and she grants permission for indulgences and really gets a big kick out of naughty liaisons, smiling big upon illicit unions.
Individuals making a donation can write their scandalous behavior onto scrip, which will be documented during the ritual, and then set up in flames, sending the request for permission to the goddess for indulgence in that behavior during the weekend, or at another point in time in the future.

This naughty evening will be co-hosted by Sister maeJoy B. withU of the San Francisco Order and Sister Erotica Psychotica of the Los Angeles House. Saint DJ Mermaid and Sister Flora Goodthyme will be spinning at the tables, and there will be featured Sister performances, special raffle/auction items, and surprises for everyone in attendance. You will witness the scandalous behavior of Ginger Virago, Malcom Hamilton, Derrick Hanson, Mr. Pam, and other adult film celebrities. “Scandalous Behaviours” is generously co-sponsored by Kink.com, makers of “scandalous,” locally produced SM porn.

There is a $5 minimum suggested donation per indulgence. The ritual begins at 10pm to the Norse goddess LOFN (grantor of permissions). The fundraiser is asking a sliding scale of $10 - 20 at the door (but no one—especially not the naughty oness—will be turned away for lack of funds).
