Michael Brandon, producer of the latest Raging Stallion skin flick, Tough As Nails, threw a porn premiere party for the movie at Nob Hill on May 6. Prior to the screening, Brandon had a V.I.P. reception downstairs. "Girl, this is a white trash party," Brandon told Sister Dana, "so get your own beer from the fridge."
It was there that I interviewed the director, Taurus Dean, who was making his directorial debut with this film. "This was like a dream come true to direct," he said. He said his vision for this piece was all about position of the performers. "I'm so fucking tired of seeing the same things in all the [porn] movies, so I tried to create some hot, new positions, where you can really see the hole and the dick going inside." He added, "It might not have been very easy for the performers, but everybody did great."

He said this was also his big comeback as a bottom, and that he hadn't done any other appearances for several years. He said he enjoyed directing, "because that's your baby being birthed," but he also enjoyed acting, "because I'm a pig and love to be in front of the camera." When not acting or directing, he drives a subway. His fantasy has actually come to reality several times as he has gotten sucked off by a passenger or two while driving the underground in Paris. "Tell your Bay Times readers that they should get this DVD, because they will see some fucking hot guys in hot positions."

Manuel Torres, star of the film, which makes this his tenth, told Bay Times about his character: a worker who is demanding a raise but had a hard night before and got little sleep; unfortunately his boss (Taurus the actor, not Taurus Dean the director boss) catches him asleep on the job.

"I told him-actually I showed him-just why I deserved the raise," said Torres. He said he had always wanted to work with Taurus since he met him a year or so ago. "There always seemed to be chemistry between us." He said, as a director, Taurus Dean was easy to work with. "After having seen Taurus being directed by Chris Ward, I saw that Taurus was a pretty good director himself." He added, "Taurus told us he wanted to do a movie with as many positions as possible." Usually it takes a day to film a segment, but with this movie it took an extra day to accomplish what the director wanted. "This is a hot movie and the fucking is amazing," said Torres. "You see everything up close, and I fuck the shit out of Taurus!"

This was film number seven for co-star JD Kollin, who has been exclusive with Raging Stallion for about a year and a half. "The cast was absolutely fabulous," he said. "Raging Stallion has always had the top of the line and crème de le crème, so that every time you come on set you're excited to see who will be the next partner." He said he has known Taurus for a little over a year, but this was the first time as a director. "He was amazing. He knew exactly what he wanted and how he wanted it to go." Kollin said, "It was a very smooth direction, and he wasn't nervous about telling us what to do."

He reiterated what was said before. "Everything was about position: you have to really think about your positioning-about how your bottom is sitting comfortably and your top is comfortable, and the lighting is positioned for maximum effect." He said, "Tell your Bay Times readers that this will not be a typical porn film-there will be a lot more detail than they might be used to."

Producer Michael Brandon said, "We're very excited to have Taurus Dean direct for the very first time, bringing his expertise and all of his years as a model behind the camera to this picture." He added, "We have very high hopes for Tough As Nails and are looking forward to its success."

Sitting next to me was Empress China Silk, who always enjoys a nice "art film."

Monster of Ceremonies Brandon opened the show informing everyone that Nob Hill has offered almost 38 years of live, male entertainment. The three stars-Taurus, Torres, and Kollin--then stripped and strutted their stuff on stage, which had two thematic sawhorses on the set. Torres wore a tool belt before exposing his tool.
The curtains parted and the film started. I must say there is nothing like a big screen to show off big dicks, but even with a small screen at home, there is plenty of bigness in this flick. Brandon brought to the stage Taurus, "all the way from France, "Kollin "all the way from Indiana," and Torres, "all the way from New York." All three started jacking off and eventually did a very hot, live, three-way sex scene.

"Tastes just like chicken," commented Brandon as Torres licked Taurus' butt hole. All three tried out various variations of sucking, ending with first Torres and then Kollin shooting all over Taurus' chest. Unfortunately for us, Kollin has a boyfriend in New York, and when he is not shooting (7 inches, cut), he acts as a medical supplies salesman (oh,wow, I see a great plot idea there for his next flick). He will soon be settling down in Louisville, Kentucky.

"Ah yes," cracked Brandon, "the hard of the heartland." He said he has always been strictly a top, but recently experimented with his boyfriend and bottomed for the first time. "At first I told him, 'Ouch! Take it out, take it out;' but then soon said, 'Whoa, put it back in!'" hina wanted to know if his hole was hairy. "No, it's trimmed," said Kollin, readily displaying the hidden treasure.

Brandon asked, "How many people like Latin cock?" and brought torrid Torres (8 inches, uncut) and Taurus (who was discovered by Brandon when he brought him over from Paris to film Pokin' in the Boys' Room) to the stage to join Toby O'Connor as bottom. Torres will be filming a piece about his life, tentatively entitled Manhattan. Brandon said one of his next projects is "opening up an office in France and bringing some smut from Paris-some Eurotrash: Raging Stallion style." Brandon asked, "Does anyone know any French?" and Sister Dana piped up, Voulez vous couchez avec mois c'est soir?" which Taurus translated, "Would you like to fuck me tonight?" and then replied without a moment's hesitation, "Oui!!!
